Overview
IQC, Inc. is in need of Subject Matter Experts, Inspectors, and/or Auditors to perform Special Process Audits for a client at various locations within the Continental United States. The audits are scheduled to take place from November 2022 to December 2023. Duration of each audit would vary from 1.5 to 3 days. Report writing is limited to a modified checklist.
Requirements:
1. The client is requesting personnel that are subject matter experts* in one or more of the following special processes:
Weld
Torque
NDT-MT
NDT-PT
NDT-UT
NDT-X-Ray
Heat
Treatment
Bending
Surface
Treatment/Plating
Bond/Glue
Paint/Coatings
Iron
Foundry
Brass
Foundry
Wiring
& Crimping
Riveting
Rubber
Forging
Shot
Peen
Extrusion
Molding
Brazing
Soldering

If possible, please indicate which special processes you are capable of auditing.
*Subject Matter Experts, per the client, must have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the specified process. Current and/or previous nationally recognized certifications are preferred (AWS, AMPP(NACE), ASNT, ANSI, ASME, ISO, etc.), but not required.
2. Candidate will review documentation, drawings, and the
actual process on the floor.
3. Candidate must possess good verbal communication skills.
4. Candidate must possess good writing skills.
